• I no longer receive newsletter emails from ninZa.co, how can I fix that?

  It is absolutely essential to open our emails and click the links in the emails frequently. If you do not open them often, the system will assume that you are not interested in our content and therefore decrease your chance to receive emails from us.

• If I buy a new computer, can I transfer the indicator license to the new one?

  Yes, it is all FREE to migrate. You can migrate the indicator license to the new machine 100% YOURSELF in Customer Zone or ask for our help. The license on your old computer will be deactivated after the migration.

• Do you have backtest results for your indicators?

  Our indicators do NOT come with backtest results. They just provide raw signals, so you will need to adjust them to fit your trading.

• Which trading platforms do you support?
