Please note that it is impossible to return, refund, or exchange - either partial or full. All sales are final and non-refundable.

We will immediately deactivate software licenses and revoke access to software downloads for any customer who files a chargeback. Additionally, the customer's identity will be permanently banned in our database of authorized users. As a result, the customer will no longer be able to purchase any products from us. We will also reject and refund any additional purchases.

Please do not attempt to make any fraudulent chargebacks. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law in case of fraudulent chargebacks.
